Return Policy

Warranty Period
The warranty period for any Qayna products (“Products”) is 30 days from the date of receipt of the package by the courier. The defect correction period does not exceed 45 days.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the care instructions for the clothing provided on the product labels. Qayna (“We,” “us,” “our,” “Sender,” “Company”) assumes no warranty obligations to the Buyer if the Products have been altered, used, or damaged, meaning they are not in their original condition.

Conditions for Returning Products Purchased Online
The Buyer has the right to cancel ordered Products at any time before their receipt by notifying the Recipient in advance, and after receiving the Products (except for underwear and swimwear) — within 7 (seven) days after online purchase.

The package is sent via the logistics provider DHL, and all shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Returns are accepted if the Products are in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged, in their original packaging (if applicable), with attached original tags and labels, as well as all accompanying accessories, documents (such as instructions, product certificates), and protective coverings. Additionally, a paper receipt or other documents confirming payment for the specified products must be provided. Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, or soiled Products are not accepted and will be returned to you.

Conditions for Returning International Products (Other Countries)
The actual date of sending the order back (via a logistics company) or returning to retail stores must be no later than 7 days after receiving the ordered online Products.

Please contact us via direct messages at info@qayna.com within 7 days after receiving the ordered online Products, providing your order number.

Fill out a product return request form in free form, indicating the recipient, contact details, and a copy of the payment receipt or other documents confirming payment for the Products.

Pack the Products in branded packaging and include the return request form.
